Statement of Non-Discrimination
ReadiTech is subject to the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended and the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Agriculture which provide that no person in the United States on the basis of race, color, national origin, age or disability shall be excluded from participation, in admission or access to, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any of this organization’s programs or activities.
The person responsible for coordinating this organization and subsidiaries nondiscrimination compliance efforts is ReadiTech’s general manager. Any individual, or specific class of individuals, who feels that this organization has subjected them to discrimination may obtain further information about the statutes and regulations listed above from and/or file a written complaint with this organization; or USDA, Director, Office of Civil Rights, Room 326-W, Whitten Building, 1400 Independence Ave SW, Washington, DC 20250-9410, or call 202-720-5964 (voice or TDD). Complaints must be files within 180 days after the alleged discrimination. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible.

Customer Proprietary Network Information

ReadiTech is compliant with FCC rules and regulations implemented pursuant to Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as Amended, regarding the collection of Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).
Federal law allows us to use information from your current records to market and advise you of new products and services that may satisfy your communications needs, unless you notify us otherwise.
What is this “information?”
It is information called “Customer Proprietary Network Information” or CPNI, relating to the telecommunications services you receive from ReadiTech.
How can we use this information?
This information can be used to advise you about innovative communications services or new communications technology and products offered by ReadiTech. We DO NOT sell or in any way provide this information to any other company other than the 911 records we are required by law to provide if you are a telephone customer.
Who will be able to use this information?
ONLY subsidiary companies of ReadiTech.
Will ReadiTech protect my information?
YES! You have the right, and we have the duty, under federal law, to protect the confidentiality of this information. Therefore, regardless of whether you consent or not to allow us to continue providing you with educational mailings, your account information will be treated confidentially.
What action is necessary on my part to show consent?
No action on your part is necessary. We will continue to provide you with marketing and educational mailings.
What if I do not consent?
To restrict the use of your CPNI data, you must call the business office at 701-344-5000 or 1-877-559-4692 during regular business hours, or email us at info@engr.readitech.com.

ReadiTech, values you as a customer and/or visitor to our website. ReadiTech respects and protects the privacy of our customers.
Online privacy concerns focus primarily on the protection of customer identifiable information which an individual expects to be kept private. Customer identifiable information is information that when associated with an individual identifies that individual. For example, a customer’s name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
In order to provide our customers with a broad range of products and services as effectively and conveniently as possible, we use technology to manage and maintain customer information. The following policy serves as a standard for all employees for collection, use, retention and security of nonpublic personal information.
ReadiTech will use CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) to determine which customers may benefit from new services or products. We will use information about your account that is within our database, legally referred to as Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) unless you restrict that use.
CPNI data will be used by ReadiTech and its subsidiaries only. This data will not be shared by ReadiTech with any third parties without your authorization or unless required by law to do so. By using any ReadiTech website or any ReadiTech service, you signify your acceptance of this policy and other ReadiTech policies. Your continued use of any ReadiTech website and any ReadiTech service following changes to this or other ReadiTech policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
